If the student is able to log into the platform, but cannot see their course, there may be an issue with the configuration of the course or credits.
- Ensure that the student has the correct credit.
Course access is controlled through credits. Check which credits are assigned to the student. Then, check which courses are assigned to those credits.
1. Select Users from the main menu and locate the student’s account.
2. Click on the student from the results to manage the user.
3. Scroll down to the Manage Credits section.
4. Check that assigned credits are active and have not expired.
5. If this is a quantity-based credit (not typical), check that there is still a remaining quantity in the Qty field.
6. Now that you know which credits are assigned to the student, you will need to confirm which courses are assigned to those credits. Select Users > Credits from the main menu.
7. Find the credit using the search bar and click it.
8. In the drawer on the right of the screen, scroll down to the Course Access section and verify that the correct courses are assigned.
If you are still unable to identify the reason why the student cannot see the course after completing the steps above, you will need to submit a ticket to Acadio.
