There are several ways to search for content throughout the platform. 

Platform-level search

The search available in the main menu allows results to be filtered by:

  • All results
  • Activities
  • Discussions
  • Questions

Course search

Select Search from the course menu to return results from that course only. 

Curriculum search

Admins and students can search each course curriculum's activities, instructions, and content. Select Curriculum from the course menu and enter your search in the Search Curriculum field in the toolbar. 



Question search

Select Content>Questions from the main menu to locate specific questions across the platform. Search queries can include question stems, answer choices, or explanations. Additionally, questions can be searched when in course scope by selecting Questions from the course menu. 

NOTE: Content hosted on third-party websites such as Vimeo or YouTube is not searchable. Additionally, content within SCORM experiences is not searchable. You may add key terms in the Introduction area for these activities should you wish to make the content searchable.
