Acadio allows students to upload files and submit text responses to questions. Admins can review, approve or reject, score, and leave feedback in the Submissions area of the platform. Students can respond to feedback left by an admin.
Follow the steps below to approve or reject a submission:
- Select Submissions from the main menu.
- Select a student from the list of results.
- Student uploads will be displayed here. Click on the file name to view the uploaded file. For essay questions, the question will be displayed at the top of the page. Scroll down below the question to view the student submission.
- Essay submissions allow you to highlight and leave feedback by selecting text. To leave feedback on an upload submission, click the Feedback button at the top of the page, just above the question.
Feedback can be entered as text or as an audio recording by clicking the microphone icon inside the feedback window.
When you've finished recording your audio feedback, click the Insert into Message button. Then, click Send. - Enter a score for the submission.
- Then, click Approve or Reject.
