With Acadio's revisions system, edits to curriculum activities and other content can be saved as drafts, published immediately, or scheduled for publication later using a release. All drafts and published versions are available in the drawer on the right side of the page by clicking Versions.
Revisions are tracked for all activities, questions, and flashcards. Moving sections or activities in the Curriculum also creates drafts for those items.
Follow the steps below to approve or reject pending revisions:
- Navigate to the course you wish to edit and select Revisions from the course menu.
- Select the draft from the queue.
- In the Version History tab in the drawer, you can compare changes across versions. Click the three dots next to a draft or version and select Compare. Select a draft or version using the selector at the top of each pane. Changes will be highlighted in green (added content) or red (removed content).
- You can check the activity's status at the bottom of the screen. The status determines whether or not the content is accessible to students.
- When finished reviewing or editing, click Publish. Or, to archive the draft, click the Trashcan icon in the toolbar.
TIP: Drafts can be reviewed and published from the Revisions queue or by selecting the activity in the Curriculum. Revisions are tracked for all activities, questions, and flashcards. Moving sections or activities in the Curriculum also creates drafts for those items.
Restoring a previous version
You can restore previous versions of content from the drawer by clicking the three dots and selecting Restore. Please note that versions are restored as drafts and must be published before students can view them.
